Drug Testing FAQ’s
Do I need an appointment for a pre-employment drug test or drug test or for my school/college?
No, but if tests are scheduled electronically by your employer, please bring your schedule ID number and government issued ID (driver license or passport).
When can I walk-in?
Between 8:30 AM-4:30 PM for most testing. We ask for appointments when our private Wellness Room will be used. Any blood work, COVID-19 testing or hair/nail testing requires an appointment (same day service is sometimes available, so give us a call).
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards and cash are accepted from individuals at the time of service (no checks). Our employers can open an account with us using our simple, one-page New Client Form which can be emailed and returned.
Do you provide on-site testing or specimen collections?
Yes, we do. Please use the Contact Us form to describe your needs and we will provide pricing and details.
How long will it take to get my test results?
It depends on the test ordered. Instant Urine, EtG and Breath Alcohol testing are handed to the donor at time of service and/or reported within an hour. Other tests can take two to seven business days, excluding holidays. Please call or use the Contact Us form for more information.
Are my test results private?
All test results are completely confidential; you have control over the audience. If a donor is sent by an employer, by making an appearance that individual is giving us specific permission to have results reported to that same employer. Should a patient wish to have medical or drug test results shared with a physician, attorney or someone else, we require a Records Release be completed at the time of service.
