Test turn-around time depends on the test ordered.  Instant Urine, EtG, and Breath Alcohol testing are handed to the donor at the time of service and/or reported within an hour.  Other tests can take two to seven business days, excluding holidays.  Please call (503) 477-7748 or Contact Us for more information.

All test results are completely confidential and shared only with permission from the donor.  If sent by an employer, donors grant Smart Labs Now specific permission to have results reported to that same employer by appearing for your test. Should a patient wish to have medical or drug test results shared with a physician, attorney, or someone else, we require a Records Release to be completed at the time of service.

To avoid complications for our patients and ourselves, we do not accept insurance. We intentionally keep our lab costs low enough to beat the typical out-of-pocket insurance expense. However, we do accept FSA and HSA cards as a form of payment at the time of service. Learn more about Payment Options here.

Yes, we accept walk-ins for most testing. We ask for appointments when our private Wellness Room will be used. Any blood work or hair/nail testing requires an appointment (call (503) 477-7748 to inquire about same-day appointments for these services).

We accept all major credit cards and cash from individuals at the time of service. We also accept FSA and HSA cards. We do not accept checks.

We are open for walk-ins Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 4:30PM. We offer Onsite Testing services 24/7. If you wish to schedule an appointment outside these hours, you may do so for select tests here or call (503) 477-7748.
