Before you pay for a test: check your school’s instructions. Some programs require a specific screening vendor and assigned collection site. Contact that vendor if you need a different location, then call us to confirm that we can accept your order.
Smart Labs Now currently provides testing for students from Concorde Career College in Portland. If you are a Concorde student, bring your current program instructions, testing deadline and any registration or payment authorization. Call us before your visit so we can confirm the required service and collection location.
Program requirements can differ. Follow the instructions for your specific course or clinical placement.
Many nursing and allied-health programs require a 10-panel drug screen for clinical placement. The exact substances, specimen type, laboratory process and reporting requirements depend on the program. A general employer 4-panel or 5-panel screen may not meet a school’s requirements.
Bring your written instructions or registration email. We will review the requested panel and collection details before arranging your visit. If your order specifies a laboratory test, an instant screen is not a substitute.
Walk-ins are welcome for eligible services during business hours. Confirm your order and location before traveling. Observed collections, special protocols and group visits need advance coordination.
PCC’s nursing admission requirements specify a ten-panel drug screen through an agency designated by PCC. OHSU’s nursing compliance instructions direct students to Advanced Reporting for a ten-panel screen and tell students to contact that vendor when a closer collection site is needed.

If your program requests blood testing to document immunity, bring the exact requirement. Our MMR testing information is a starting point for measles, mumps and rubella antibody testing. Call to confirm the specific test and whether your school will accept the report before purchasing. A titer test does not replace every immunization or clinical-clearance requirement.

Eligible non-lab drug screens provide immediate screening results. Laboratory drug screens, confirmation and medical review take additional time. We confirm the expected timeline for your order; allow time before your school’s deadline.
