Local collection support for your testing program

Employer and staffing programs: pre-employment and ongoing drug screening collections matched to the authorized order.
DOT and transportation programs: collection coordination for regulated orders, with DOT and non-DOT requirements handled separately.
School and clinical-placement vendors: student collections based on the designated panel, authorization and reporting workflow.
Laboratory partners: blood, urine and DNA collection inquiries with kit, handling and shipping requirements reviewed in advance.

We confirm service capabilities, collector availability and your program’s requirements before accepting referrals. Network enrollment and billing arrangements must be established for the specific service and collection location.

Sending an eScreen or other network order?

Check the collection-site address and expiration date on the donor’s registration. Before sending a donor to Smart Labs Now, confirm that the selected location is authorized for that order and has the required service available. Bring photo ID and the registration code or authorization.

Orders are not automatically interchangeable between networks or locations. Contact the ordering employer or screening provider if a site change is needed. We can help confirm collection availability; the ordering program controls authorization and result access.

What to include in a partnership inquiry

Your organization and program: laboratory, TPA, screening vendor, employer or school.
Expected volume: monthly referrals, busy periods and whether you need individual visits or scheduled groups.
Required services: panels, specimen types, DOT status, observed collection requirements and testing deadlines.
Your workflow: registration, chain of custody, supplied kits, shipping instructions and authorized reporting contacts.
Commercial arrangements: proposed collection fees, billing process and the locations you want to activate.

Clear expectations from collection to reporting

Fast collection does not mean every result is instant. Eligible non-lab drug screens and breath alcohol tests can provide immediate screening results. Laboratory analysis, confirmation and medical review take additional time. We agree on collection and reporting responsibilities before a program starts.

Can you accept an order from any screening network?

Acceptance depends on the network, authorization, service and specific location. Call before referring a donor so we can confirm the arrangement.

Can you support recurring employer or student referrals?

Yes, we welcome recurring program inquiries. Share your projected volume and requirements so we can confirm capacity, pricing and an appropriate collection process.

Do you offer mobile collections?

We offer on-site mobile collection services by arrangement. Tell us the event location, number of participants and required collection window for an availability check and quote.
